Wellness and Recovery

Wellness & Recovery is about how we as individuals can take action to recover our wellness.  It is not about moving away from illness or problems in our lives.  It is about moving towards what we want, hope for, and can achieve to live full and meaningful lives.

Developed in 1989, WRAP is designed to help you,
1) identify what makes you well, and then,
2) use wellness tools to relieve difficult feelings and maintain wellness.
Your WRAP program is specific to your individual recovery because it is designed and implemented by you and you alone.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. With WRAP, you can:

  • Discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness
  • Develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals
